KATA i1: Review, Specs and Pros & Cons

Most of the techies today are looking for a cheap android smartphones that are equipped by 1GB of RAM which is so rear to find for such price that they demand. This case was actually happened with the Cherry Mobile Omega in which it was expected to gear up a 1GB RAM but unluckily it is still 512MB RAM.

My goal in this article is to introduce you a smartphone that you wished to have a 1GB RAM. This smartphone is called KATA i1, a 4.5 inch Dual Core 1GB RAM android smartphone. You will definitely sense that the KATA is not familiar brand of smartphone here in Philippines. Lest start to shell out the specs of this phone which it might outshine your phone choices. 

Kata i1 offers a 4.5 inch qHD Display with 244ppi  that gives more bright image to display in gaming and playing movie and with better viewing angles which we usually check in terms of checking interface.  It is powered by 1GHz Dual-Core MT6577 Processor with 1GB RAM so no doubt that gaming experience will be totally awesome and it is even added by PowerVR SGX531 GPU which will give spice on the graphics it display, again it is favored on gaming margin. It also run with Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich.

It offers an 8 megapixels rear camera with auto focus and LED Flash, well if you love photography like macro shots I'll recommend you this phone. It also have 1.3 megapixels front facing camera for video calls. Browsing the internet is quite good too, you can connect with the 2 options on internet; WiFi and 3G. The battery life is one of its major down fall in which it is packed by Li-ion 1600mAh battery only. 

Overall, it is a great deal to buy KATA i1 because of the high specs it offers. Its price tag is worth Php 8,499 only, in which it is a bit stiff but still it is worth it to snag one.
